TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRICE
Prices for all products shall be in accordance with
sellers price list of products at time of order. Volume
discounts are available. Prices are subject to
change without notice.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms will be conveyed to the buyer either by
fax, phone or letter. Our standard payment terms are
NET 30 days. We also ship C.O.D. and accept both
Visa & Mastercard.

DELIVERY
Delivery terms are F.O.B. shipping point unless otherwise
specified by the seller. We ship via UPS and
common carrier.

RETURN POLICY
Standard products may be returned to Granat Industries
with written authorization. Returns are subject to a 20%
restocking charge. Custom made products and special
orders are not subject to this policy.

MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum purchase order is $100.00.

DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customer to determine the

their particular application. Customer assumes all risk
